1. Scope
This statement covers the India Compliance Verification extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (the "App"), published by SS Dynamics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It does not cover data held in Business Central itself, which is governed by your agreement with Microsoft, or the verification service you subscribe to, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
2. What the App sends
When you run a verification, the App sends the identifier being checked (PAN, Udyam registration number or GSTIN) and related request details to the verification service, together with your service key. It does not send vendor names, addresses, contacts, transactions or documents.
3. What stays in your environment
Verification results, and a log of requests and responses, are stored in your own Business Central environment, under your control and your retention policy. We have no access to that data.
4. Telemetry
The App sends technical telemetry (feature usage, performance and errors) to us, to support and improve the App. It is designed not to include vendor identifiers or verification results. Microsoft's telemetry framework adds pseudonymous environment, tenant and user identifiers.
5. Your role
For vendor data in your Business Central environment, you decide what is processed and why. Requests from your vendors about that data should be handled by you.
