Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance

These Terms are an agreement between you and SS Dynamics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("SS Dynamics", "we", "us") for the India Compliance Verification extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (the "App"). By installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App in your own Business Central environments for your internal business purposes. You may not copy (except for reasonable back-up), modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, resell, rent or distribute the App, or make it available to any third party.

3. Verification service

The App is free to install. Its verification features work only with a separately purchased verification service subscription, which is governed by its own terms.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having the right to submit the vendor details you verify, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for how you use the results.

5. Results are not advice

Verification results support your own due diligence. They are not a certification or opinion about any vendor. Payment due dates and interest figures are calculated from settings you configure and are not legal, tax or accounting advice. You remain responsible for your statutory compliance, including under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 and the income-tax law.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete or current, or that the App will operate without interruption or error.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in connection with the App in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue or data, or any tax, interest or penalty arising from your compliance decisions.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these Terms. On termination you must uninstall the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is published at https://ssdynamics.co.in/add-ons/india-compliance-verification/terms/.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
